3-2-1 Oatmeal

A quick breakfast. From Health Home Cookin Vol. 5

3 cups water
2 cups quick cooking oats
1 cups raisins

Bring water to a boil, and stir in oatmeal. Reduce heat, add raisins, and simmer for 5 minutes. Removed from heat and let stand 10 minutes. Serve with soy milk and molasses or Sucanat.  We also enjoy adding chopped almonds.

Serves 4
Ready in: 15 minutes
