Key Lime Pie

3 ripe avacados
4 Tbsp fresh key lime juice (about 10 limes - regular limes NOT as good!)
1/2 cup coconut oil (can reduce)
3 Tbsp agave nector
Almond Crust - gluten free, sugar free

Directions:
Blend all filling ingredients together well, adjust lime juice to taste. Place almond crust into
prepared/non-stick muffin tin (makes 6 - 2" pies). Scoop filling into crust and chill. (Can be
frozen as in the photo above. To remove frozen pies run bottom of pan under hot water to release.)
