Fruit Filling

A very versatile recipe.

2 cups fruit: apples, peaches, pears, cherries, etc.
2 to 4 Tbsp whole wheat flour (or corn starch for gluten free) 
1/4 cup honey, to taste

Wash, peel, slice and otherwise prepare fruit. Stir in flour and honey.  Place into pan and top with dough of choice and follow directions from topping recipe.

Serves 6
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 35 to 45 minutes
Reading in: 50 to 60 minutes
