10 med potatoes
4 to 6 cloves garlic
water as needed
2 to 4 tsp margarine
2 to 4 Tbsp soy milk
Peel, wash, and chop potatoes and place in large bowl. Cover with water and add peeled garlic cloves. Bring to a boil and let simmer 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Drain, leave garlic in potatoes, and save water for buns or gravy and mash with margarine and soy milk as needed. Naturally gluten free.

Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ready in: 40 minutes
