A creamy gluten free delight if using arborio rice. Shown with gluten free bread sticks.
6 cups (or 3 litres (quarts) unsweetened almond milk (or other)
4 cups of water
3/4 cup Vegenaise (or other Mayo but best with Vegenaise)
1/4 cup Veggie Parmasan substitute, to taste
6 Tbsp Golden Seasoning (I preferr McCormick Chicken Bouillion which is vegan)
2 cups arborio rice for gluten free or orzo (a pasta that looks similar to rice. BEST with Orzo!)
1/4 cup margarine
Combine all, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until rice or orzo is tender. Serve.
