Cashew Cream

Taken from Healthy Home Cookin' Vol. 5

Great in baking, rich and creamy.

1/2 cup raw cashews
1 1/2 cups water

Rinse cashews well and place into blender.  Add enough water to just cover, blend on high until smooth.  Add remaining water and blend till smooth. Naturally gluten free.

Serves 8
